Cover 2 Cover emerged after major changes to Heartbeat. New members, new shirts, a new and more modern set list, so a new name.... Didn't last long unfortunately as the new line up didn't really work out, and Gary and Neil had other ideas anyway. We split just before we were due to play New Years Eve 2000 under a threat of being sued for cancelling. Gary and Neil went on to form a duo, Bi-Vocal, and played the New Years Eve show. Troopers! Myself and Phil went on to form a band called Wildfire which we sold on the strength of the Hearbeat name, but it was never really going to amount to anything and fizzled out fairly quickly.
